dc.description.abstractThere exists a class of polynomial families associated with integer sequences whose ordinary generating functions have quadratic governing equations with functional (polynomial) coefficients. In this paper we give necessary and sufficient conditions under which corresponding members of two such polynomial families are equal, with some supporting examples provided.
